So, a Pirate Walks Into the Doctor's Office...
...with a steering wheel attached to his schwanz.
"Good grief!" says the doctor. "What's that?!"
"Argh!!"says the pirate.
"It's drivin' me nuts."

That reminds me of this old story.........
At a base in Vietnam, Bob Hope got Ann Margaret to dig in his pants.
Ann said, "I feel silly doing this."
Bob said. " Dig deeper and you will feel nuts."
