I don't know about fear. What's the word for irrational distaste? And the suspicion that they are pasty-faced child molesters?
Can we throw in mimes as well? In the Discworld books, Lord Vetinari doesn't censor any street theater except for mimes, whom he puts in a torture chamber with the slogan "Learn the Words" painted on the wall.

How about coulrophoria - a persistent and irrational enjoyment of clowns? I think Bobo and his ilk should be forcibly deported to a tropical climate and forbidden to remove their grease paint.

coulterphobia
A syndrome in the same family of psychoses as 'hydrophobia', which is also characterised by much foaming at the mouth.
