It's a pre-emptive strike, Dave ~ tied around his pencil neck and safety pinned at the bottom, keeping the skirt where God intended, come what may.
When he gets all dolled up with a couple Jaegermeisters in him, that sucker tends to come flying off like Liberace's cape.
