Since Woman Was Made From Adam's Rib
(Or so they tell me) it seemed only fitting that I make some fine swine baby backs for my Bride for Mother's Day...9 pounds worth
these porcine suckers were large enough
that I figured it was best if I cut them in half
and then coat them with the dry rub
then on to the smoker
for 3-4 hours of hickory-steeped pollution infusion!
Finger-lickin' good.

No, they went pretty quickly :)
But I'm always willing to make more next time y'all are in the neighborhood!

Bing, why so sparse with the dry rub? Rookie mistake, you need to get down here for a lesson.
