I see a well deserved lawsuit coming on. Waste Management knows that people sleep in dumpsters in cold weather. They should be physically checking them to be sure no one is inside.
I don't feel too terribly bad about sane adults being crushed for being so stupid, but the insane and minors don't have good judgment on such matters. WM should know this happens and should take appropriate steps to prevent people from getting crushed.
I wonder how many hobos disappear this way?
