Recycling the Baker's Dozen

Dog has 13 golf balls removed during op
'He hunts them down like truffles,' says owner
Guess WHAT kind of dog! What a surprise, right? You know, Labradorks are known as easy feeders. Now I guess we can add "green" to the breed description.

I mean "don't EAT Scotties", of course.

You were playing a Titleist, right?

Uhhhh.... not any more.

Easy feeder? More like "iron stomach."

I just had a conversation with the cashier at PetSmart yesterday about how dogs will eat pretty much anything. We meant food, not sports equipment, though.

No golf balls in my lab...that I know about at least. She has a strange knack for finding tennis balls though, and will shred and actually consume them if given the chance. The only thing astonishing about that story is that the golf balls stayed in the stomach. I've pretty much assumed that with labs, if it makes in one end it eventually goes out the other.
