He gets spanked at the town hall-style debate months ago, has been ducking any notion of a debate ever since, then McCain announces that he's not attending the debates so that he may return to Washington to DO HIS JOB and all of a sudden Obama is swaggering around like a drunken gunfighter itching for a duel.

Heh. But McCain actually showed up. Unfortunately, I usually can't stomach the debates (too much crap amongst the interesting stuff), so I'll pick up the recaps tomorrow.
