Tree Rat Cookout
We have a big pine tree right next to the deck, and man do the tree rats love to make a mess when they eat Pine Cone on the Cob
Little bastards
We hates them.

I assume that plinking is frowned upon in your neighborhood? Shame really.
We have a fair number of tree rats here too, but they don't make too much of a mess (except leaving half-eaten plums and cherries on the fence to rot). But what I REALLY want to plink is the friggin' crows.
But plinking is frowned upon in my neighborhood too.

I have the same tree rat problem Bingley. Damn near choked off my mower today running over the left overs from their dinner this week.

Well, NJ has the problem solved:

I'm actually rather fond of the little buggers myself and can't imagine eating a rodent, but... well... to each his own, I guess.

..the feds thought they found lead in a dead squirrel.
Like, schmaybe from the birdshot that killed the bugger?
"lead in the dead squirrel" has a nice ring to it!
The Environmental Protection Agency said a blender used to process the squirrel's tissue samples was defective - and that the lead believed to be in the squirrel actually came from a part of the blender.
where's Ron Popeil when we need him? It's time for the Squirrel-O-Matic!
What a great state we have here!
