Yay, a rogue nuclear terrorist state in the Americas. Assuming that Venezuela and Ecuador are to able annex Columbia, and merge into one South American superpower.
'Cuz otherwise, we might be looking at TWO rogue nuclear terrorist states. Or at least one, with material support from a quisling.
