I Can't Imagine Being On This Plane

Well, actually, having been in the car when THS was driving in the 70s I think I can...

The second attempt went a bit better.

Listen, smart ass, I ALWAYS hit the fence. Never missed one.

Amateur.

Or bus.

My point exactly.

And airborne, while aiming.

Big effin' deal.

Actually, when we landed in Newark on our way back from China, I swear, that is how we landed.

There was an audible gasp from the passengers as we went way left then way right then finally settled on all the proper wheels.

I am never afraid of flying and even I was a bit concerned. WunderWife HATES flying and does not believe me when I say turbulence is no big deal...

SHE
MUST
NEVER
SEE
THIS
VIDEO

Or I will never get her on a plane again.

Wait a second...why are there two "amateur" photographers THAT close to the runway?

Posted by: WunderKraut at March 3, 2008 11:27 AM

Just saw this on the news. Holy cats. Good job by the pilot to bring her in safely.

So that's how those Euro-bus planes fly, all crabwise.

Posted by: DirtCrashr at March 3, 2008 12:51 PM

That was one hell of a cross-wind. Good pilots. You could point that out to your wife, Wunderkrauts.

Give those pilots a medal and a fresh pair of drawers.

Hmmmm... after reading this, I'm kinda (very) glad that Major Dad was driving when I met up with them.

Hehehehe....

THS is a very careful driver. She hit every pedestrian she aimed for while I visiting.

It's all in the wrist action, my good men.

Attend carefully as I slap the crap out of Chief Running Tab...
