"Punish the Person, Not the Whiskey."

"Jack never did anything wrong, and the whiskey itself is innocent."
I'd say it's like throwing away the money if you were banking without a license, or bulldozing a national treasure. Shoot, SELL that stuff as a fundraiser for law enforcement. They'd sell my house if I was still selling crack and got caught.

That's the saddest thing I've ever read.

It IS right up there with shooting Ol' Yeller, isn't it?

I was hoping to down some of that whiskey right after I pulled the trigger.

This is SO WRONG in SO MANY WAYS.

It's right up there with feeding Old Yeller into a blender feet first.

God, butterheads eating nipples, and now state bureaucrats committing crimes against humanity.

I can't wait for the FFOT tomorrow.

Urge to kill: rising.

This reminds me of a scene in Fort Apache:
A suttler is selling illegal whiskey to the Indians.
The Colonel {played by Henry Fonda} tells his men to dispose of the whiskey barrels & leaves.
His Sgt. Major {played by Victor Mclaughlin} issues tincups to his men, fills a cup with whiskey and says "Men, we have a mighty task ahead of us"

But seriously, they can not just dump it down a drain. Alcohol is a 'toxic chemical' and it will impact the treatment plant.
