So maybe Saddam was engaging in a little bioengineering, along with his chemical-weapons-manufacturing? Sure sounds like that thing was genetically engineered - I wouldn't describe actual badgers (which can be mean b******s but I've never known them to eat cows) as having "monkey faces."
Does this count as a BMD? (badger of mass destruction)?
