Sweet! I like the floor tile (if isn't another form of laminate, hard to tell from the photos) -- that's a good option. Wood laminate is cool, but you have to be careful of liquids. Not a major problem for me, though. And clearly not an issue for Claude!
I'll have to send you some progress photos of my remodeling, once a couple piles of debris are removed by the contractor. They are just finishing the basic drywall now.
