Worthless post for the day....

but saw something on the way to work this morning I have not seen in a long while: a tractor-trailer that got stuck under a railway bridge. Wish I'd had my camera. I wonder hoiw often this happens? It was on N. Tryon St, just outside of downtown/uptown Charlotte. Slowed traffic down a bit, but thankfully was in the outbound lane.

...like Bingley driving a rental truck...

Hey! What about Crusader in a bread truck?

Posted by: Mr. Bingley at June 23, 2006 11:57 AM

'Twas but a scratch.

He didn't get 'stuck' like vous, Bingley. Crusader STUCK a Reverse 2 ½ Somersault 1 ½ Twists with a bread truck. No comparison.

Plus exit said bread truck so fast that witnesses were telling the firemen to "Get the driver out!". Heh, cat-like reflexes at work again......
Also the telephone pole lost the arguement, as it broke clean off just above where I hit it, unlike this bridge which won.

Hey, any dope in a truck can get stuck under a bridge; I exhibited skill.

Remind me never to ride in a car driven by any of you.

Aw, you're no fun Ken.

Clive Owen would never get a truck stuck.

Clive Owen would never get a truck stuck.

But I doubt he could crash it with near the flair I did.........or was it flares? Oh well.....

Posted by: Crusader at June 23, 2006 02:44 PM

Flares were what they used after the crash.
