It looks like the Victory Garden with a beautiful pixie boy, 'Sader! What gorgeous pics!

It is the Memorial Gardens in downtown Concord. We go and try to get pictures there every year. And everyone thinks he's a girl 'cause of his hair. I'll try to post a few full res tonight. Gotta clear enough files on the space to host the full res ones. The tulips there are really pretty.

Why, 'Sader? He's wearing blue!

Beautiful photos, thanks for the post. Spring is just starting here, the minature cherry tree in front of my house is starting to blossom.

That's odd, 'sader, I thought he was a boy straight off - he's just got that old-school 20's hair. Stick him in knickers and snap a few sepia tones and you could probably pass off the shots as old pix of your grandfather. (And, if you've read my site recently, you know that I mean that as praise.)

BTW- "Cackalackie" is "Carolina," right?

I think it is the hair, as you just don't see a whole lot of soon-to-be 4 yr old boys with hair that length, at least around here. Doesn't bother the CAG or I; we just checkle about it. Heck, they used to think I was a girl when I was just a couple years older than Doodles. Like father, like son I suppose. But no matter what he is wearing, it happens. Perhaps it is his angelic cackle that throws them.

And yes Fly, Cackalackie is local dialect for Carolina.

Oh, and sorry Fly, I have not been able to read your site for a while, as it is blocked here at work. I rarely use the internet at home, other than for Xbox Live lately. I'll have to check it out tonite, as I have the house to myself for a few hours.

(Ebola had the same exact hair. Then wanted it shaved off. "High 'n tight, Daddy! High 'n tight, Gramnpa!" even as I screamed "Noooooooooo!")

Crusader II had the same hair, but we cut it short when he was about Doodles age.
