"V For Vendetta"

I think I'll pass on this one.

It sounds like a much more interesting movie could be made about the producers:

The Wachowskis no longer talk to the press, and their personal lives are the subject of considerable speculation. Larry, the older of the two, is a transvestite in a relationship with a Los Angeles dominatrix.

The comic book is excellent in that it really does pose some interesting questions. Alan Moore is a gifted writer although so left Greenpeace activists are "moderates" by comparison.

The comics really do make for an interesting debate as to what is a revolutionary and what is a terrorist, but wasn't as heavy handed as this movie appears to be.

Once I heard that the "Matrix Boys" were involved, I wrote this one off. At least, I won't buy tickets or a DVD. Maybe on a movie channel in a hotel room.
