This Is One Of The Most Disgusting Things I've Seen

I'm sorry, but what woman would do this? And what kind of a scum bag guy would want/encourage/demand that his wife do it?

Mrs Yarborough paid $5,000 (£2,860) to a cosmetic surgeon to stitch her hymen back together so she could “lose her virginity” all over again and her husband would have that thrilling conquest at the grand age of 40

Yuck yuck yuck.

$5,000? A set of fake boobs would have lasted longer and probably have been a better deal (bang for the buck and all) all the while costing less.

Many more bangs-for-the-bucks, it would appear.

I would imagine it would be big in the pr0n industry. Not just hymen reconstruction, but they've got all kind of vaginal plastic surgery out there.

The wonders of a FARK education.

Uh, Cullen, if you're watching it on screen, how could you tell?

This is beyond weird. I would have thought the "thrill" was more of a "Star Trek" kind of idea (boldly going where...etc.)

Man. Talk about locking the barn door after...

Yeah, the p0rn angle I don't see for this. I can picture some idiot sheik having it done for some of his harem.

Might save a stoning or two in islamic countries...

Oh and...

OUCH !!!

Posted by: tree hugging sister at February 27, 2006 03:53 PM

Ick! Just ICK ICK ICK!!!!

Hmmmmm.....also, no goat jokes here. Oh, well.

Or she could just deliver a baby. The pain is comparable.

Oh, it's for HIM? That's screwy.

"Might save a stoning or two in islamic countries..."

Indeed it might. Not to mention some other cultures/sub-cultures with lesser (but still pretty unpleasant) penalties for women who aren't virgin. The article did mention that the vast majority of those who had it done didn't do it for fun...

I'm not convinced Kathy. The surgeon does 10 a month in NJ; I can't believe that there are that many women in Bayonne who are in peril if they are found not to be virgins.

"Might save a stoning or two in islamic countries..."

Does this mean that Linda Lovelace would have been safe in an Islamofascist country? I'm guessing no. Somehow I suspect that they go for the Star Trek explanation.
