Now, I was listening to WCBS-AM on the drive home tonight, and both of these fellows were mentioned. However, one of them was only quoted at 5:27 as sort of an aside before the traffic report and not mentioned at all in the 5:30 national news feed, and the other was mentioned both at the 5:27 quickie and figured prominently in the main 5:30 national news feed. Can our saavy readers deduce whom the MSM deems to be the most important commentator on this event?

I was just saying how you'd turn blue in the face holding your breath for something like this out of (say) the Pope. But now here's this nutter saying that God has done to Sharon exactly what the Islamabats say Allah has done to Sharon, only for the opposite reason. No wonder there are so many good Jewish comedians: if you didn't laugh about things, stuff like this would snap you like a dry twig.

He is a media darling, as he is the poster child of all the Right is to the media. As for his money, he has an average audience of around 870,000 per day. If each viewer gives an average of $12.30 per month, that more than covers his whole amount listed from donations (roughly $132 million in 2004). And that is less than a million people out of a country of almost 300 million, or less than 1/2 of 1% of the US population. And this does not count his donors overseas. If the media ignored him, as most Christians do, he would fade away.....
