What's With This Guy?

I mean, I've always liked him tremendously as a person but he's starting to sound...well...like he doesn't give a whooyah what the Deans of his party say.

Mr. Lieberman particularly infuriated his colleagues when he pointed out at a conference here that President Bush would be commander in chief for three more years and said that "it's time for Democrats who distrust President Bush to acknowledge that."

"We undermine the president's credibility at our nation's peril,"

Cool.

Mighty Joe!

Hmmm... I wonder, could he be trying to tack right of Sir Hilary on the war? To run against her? (Of course, she's not running... :::wink wink:::)

Lieberman is a "good ole boy." And he is his own man!And stands by what he says. Not like the other men (Hillary) in that party.

Lieberman was the one Democrat that I would have considered voting for in 2004.....until his party stabbed him in the back, and he didn't run.

I'm starting to like him a lot. He's votable in my book.

Couple "speewwtbaaalllllss!" and he might become Zell Miller.

Don't believe him on anything he says. Remember, he's the one who turned the tide on Clinton's impeachment by changing the topic from his proven lying under oath to the slanderous accusation that the impeachment was only a prurient sexual topic.

All he's doing is positioning himself to be Hillary's running mate.

There's alot about Lieberman I can do without but he's the only Dembulb I can think of who has been consistently supportive of the war effort (aside from Zell Miller).
