UPDATE: Well, the loser just surfaced in a CNN interview about 2 minutes ago. He was explaining how he'd sat on Air Force One with the President and Governor and tried to straighten them out. How things needed to be done and he was the only one to see it. Completely and totally revolting performance. Go back to your cave, little man.

I saw him the night of, doing an interview that was streamed on the WWL website. (I think I linked to it, can't remember.) He didn't strike me as incompetent. If only he'd followed up with any sort of... well, with anything.

If you could see the pictures of the drowned buses and the fact that there had been NO provisions made at the Superdome as a crisis center, you'd understand how incompetent that man is.
And the fact that all their squalling and yelling, not to mention the devastation of what went on AFTER the storm, is taking away from the horror of Mississippi is proof as well of Nagin and Blanco's incompetence. Its all about them.

Honest to God, the 'no provisions at the Superdome' is the thing that broke the camel's back for me. How in the name of humanity can you send tens of thousands of people to a shelter of last resort with no supplies?
I'll bet I KNOW why he's hiding...

Dave J - I cant even imagine.
I think the ones committing the rapes at the Superdome should be rounded up and made to pick up the dead bodies by hand when they start cleaning up the streets and houses. They should wear one of those dead bodies on their backs, and then made to lie with them while watching a porn movie.
