Levee Breach Can't be Closed
They expect 12-15 feet of water in parts of NOLA.
CNN is reportng carjackings near the Superdome.
Chaos.

Just an aside ... and DaveJ can let me know if this is still true or not, but when I lived in Biloxi, it was legal in New Orleans to shoot carjackers.

They need to shoot looters and the like on the spot. It will not take long before it sinks in that if you loot, you die.
